Executive Director

Joyce holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Advertising and brings over 20 years of experience in fundraising, business management, event planning, and working with non-profit organizations.
Prior to being the Executive Director for Dayspring Pregnancy & Family Support Centre, Joyce served as the Care Centre Director for Beginnings Family Services- Woodstock for 13 years. Joyce has a deep passion for the work of Dayspring and supporting the clients and families who come through our doors.
Joyce and her husband are the proud parents of two energetic boys and a little ShihTzu named Cayla.

Hannah is a dedicated and compassionate administrative professional with a strong background in health office operations and client care. A graduate of Conestoga College’s Health Office Administration program, her career has spanned various roles, including Clerical Associate at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, Office Manager at South West Ontario Pain Intervention, and Freelance Virtual Administrative Assistant for multiple clients. Across these positions, Hannah has developed a reputation for exceptional organization, clear communication, and the ability to manage complex tasks with professionalism and empathy, even in high-pressure environments.
As a wife and mother of four, she finds joy in balancing her administrative work with her volunteer roles—most notably as the Administrator for Crossroads Martial Fitness Academy, a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu ministry she runs with her husband. Whether she’s coordinating schedules, leading a group of energetic children, or supporting new mothers through babywearing education, Hannah brings the same warmth, organization, and heart for service to the families coming to Dayspring.
Development Coordinator

Vanessa is a fundraising enthusiast and thrives on helping charities achieve their fundraising goals. After completing her Recreation and Leisure Services-Event Management diploma she opted to join the charitable sector and pursue a rewarding career in lending a hand. To date, Vanessa has planned and executed a number of campaigns and events for The Canadian Cancer Society, Easter Seals Ontario, Autism Dog Services and many local sports programs.
Her desire to help a smaller grass roots organization lead her to Dayspring where she is passionate about assisting local families thrive in an ever changing and challenging world.
When Vanessa is not busy planning events, campaigns and meeting with donors, she is often found enjoying time with her husband Craig, snuggling her furry and feathered friends or cheering on their kids at various Football fields and Hockey arenas.
Program Coordinator/Client Resource Worker

Brittany is a compassionate and dedicated support professional with a long-standing commitment to helping families thrive. Brittany has worked with our Centre since 2012-2014 (under Beginnings Family Services) and returned to her position as Program Coordinator/Client Resource Worker in 2021 to work under Dayspring Pregnancy & Family Support Centre. Brittany’s role as Program Coordinator/Client Resource Worker is to provide counseling and resources to families, coordinating and facilitating pregnancy and parenting programs, and building partnerships to strengthen local support networks. Her ability to connect with people from all walks of life and respond to their needs with empathy and professionalism has made her a trusted presence in our community.
Brittany’s passion for service is rooted in her academic and volunteer background. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Development Studies and a Diploma in Social Work from the University of Waterloo, and she has dedicated countless hours to volunteering with various youth programs and international missions. When not at the Centre, Brittany loves to read, make sourdough, and is kept busy making memories with her husband and 5 children.
Client Care Coordinator

Rachel is our Client Care Coordinator and a valuable part of the Dayspring team. Rachel’s role as Client Coordinator is to provide support counseling to expecting parents or parents with young children on a 1:1 basis and connect families to other community supports as needed.
Rachel is passionate about reaching out and offering an empathetic presence to parents who may be struggling and in need of a listening ear.
Rachel graduated from Liberty University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a specialty in Crisis Counselling. Previously, Rachel worked as the intake coordinator for a local counseling centre and volunteered at The Children’s Hospital in London. In her spare time, Rachel currently leads a team of volunteers that visits the elderly and shut-in to provide connection and offer practical help.
Rachel and her husband have five children, three dogs, and three rabbits and enjoy spending time as a family in the backyard.
